How Do I Reset My Password?
When you are logged in to your account, go to the My Account drop down and choose Reset Password.
You will need to enter your old password, then enter a new password and re-enter your new password to confirm.
If you forget your password, from the log in page, click on Reset Password Here. You will need to enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How Do I Place an Order?
Click on the product you'd like to order. You can either quick add from the product, (for products that aren't editble). Or you can click on the product and then choose your quantity and add to cart.
For editable products, like Business Cards. Click on the product. Choose your quanity, and then click Start.
This will open the editor. Fill in each of the fields with your information. If the product has 2 pages, you can click on the 2nd page to see the live editing. To see a preview, click on preview.
When you are happy with your product, click Add to Cart.
When you are ready to check out, click on the check out button. You be able to add your billing information, add a shipping address and then confirm and continue to payment. Payments can be made with any credit card.
How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?
Your order will take 2-4 business days depending on the product you've purchased.
Some products are pre-printed and ready to ship. If the product is available to order on the site, it means we have inventory ready. If the product shows a Notify Me When Available button, we are in the process of producing those items and we will get them back on the site as quick as we can.
Lookbooks and Order Forms are inventoried products. These will ship within 2 business days.
Business Cards are custom and printed after your order is placed. These require 3-4 business days for production.
If you order a mixture of both inventory items and print on demand items, your order will ship with the longest product time.
How Will I Know When My Order Ships?
As soon as your order is ready to ship, our team will process your order, print a label and receive a tracking number from the carrier. Our team will enter a tracking number in our system and mark your order as shipped.
This will trigger an email that you will receive with the clickable tracking number so you can track your order.
All Orders will be shipping UPS Ground.
